Natasha Bowman is the Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Arcturus Therapeutics. In this role, she leads the HR function for the entire organization and joined the company in November of 2019. Founded in 2013 and based in San Diego, California, Arcturus Therapeutics is an RNA medicines company with enabling technologies. Arcturus Therapeutics is developing a portfolio of RNA therapeutics for treatment of diseases with high unmet medical needs. The company’s hope and vision is to build transformative, life-changing medicines for patients and their families. 

Natasha has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She held positions in start-up and Fortune 500 companies including Synthetic Genomics, Althea Technologies, ACADIA Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer Inc. In addition to experience in the life sciences, she has also led human resources in a variety of diverse industries. Ms. Bowman received a B.S in Business Management from San Diego State University.

Natasha currently serves on a number of boards including serving as the President of the Friends of Music, Board Member of the Lakeside Riverpark Conservancy, and Director of Professional Development of the San Diego HR Forum.  She was named one of San Diego’s 500 Influential Leaders by the San Diego Business Journal in 2017, 2018, and 2019. She has been a volunteer with Girl Scouts since 2002 holding positions of troop leader, trainer, service unit manager and a service unit team member.
